Bench Counting Scales CS Digital counting scale for industrial use. The CS series of counting scales offer all of the features called for in industrial warehousing and production applications - ease of use, simple robust construction for factory floor durability, genuine portability, and just the right levels of counting performance. There are 3 models in this series, with capacities up to 30 kg. Displayed resolution is up to 1:30,000 and the internal counting resolution is 1:600,000. They all have stainless steel weighing platforms on an ABS base assembly. All the keypads are sealed, color coded membrane switches and the displays are large easy to read liquid crystal type displays (LCD). All units include automatic zero tracking, audible alarm for pre-set weights, automatic tare, pre-set tare and an accumulation facility that allows the count to be stored and recalled as an accumulated total. The memory accumulation feature keeps a running tally of each individual count - invaluable in batch counting operations or when accumulation counting large quantities of the same part. The display will show the total on the scale, the overall total and the number of batches counted. For goods inward checkweighing or for batching a simple key-press will program the scales with any predetermined quantity. A buzzer sounds when the quantity is reached or exceeded. With a powerful rechargeable battery and automatic charging when operating the scales from the AC mains supply these units can be used anywhere - on or off site - at any time.
